How to Request a Refund
Send your refund request to support@affiliatecommandcenter.net from the email address used for your order whenever possible.
Please include:
- Your full name
- Your purchase email address
- Your order receipt or transaction details if available
- The product purchased
- A brief note that you are requesting a refund
What This Policy Covers
- This policy applies to purchases made through the standalone Facebook funnel version of Affiliate Command Center unless a different checkout-specific policy is shown at the point of sale.
- Refund requests submitted after the 30-day period may be declined.
- If an order includes upgrades, bumps, or bundled items, the handling of each item may depend on the checkout record and the timing of the request.
Refund Review and Processing
Once a valid refund request is received and verified, we will review the request and process it within a reasonable time. The exact time for funds to appear back in your account can vary depending on your payment provider, bank, or card issuer.
Access to refunded digital products may be revoked after a refund is issued.
Abuse, Fraud, or Policy Misuse
